wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to ensure that all activities of the CSP Spain Group (the \u201cGroup\u201d) comply with Union Law and the rest of the current legal system, and in line with the Whistleblowing Directive (Directive (EU) 2019\/1937) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 and its incorporation into Spanish Law by Law 2\/2023 of 20 February 2023, this channel is made available to all collaborators and\/or employees of the Group, through which to <strong>report indications or reasonable suspicions about irregularities, breaches and behaviors contrary to the aforementioned regulations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:40px\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Group is committed to improving our internal information channel and reserves the right to make changes to it in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-af292ea9 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-abd48f036ca829427dd2cf2def7d05d0\" style=\"margin-top:24px\">How to present a communication?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-7645412a wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The internal information channel is always active (24\/7\/365).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To submit a communication, which can be anonymous, you can choose to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Internal information channel: Use the form provided on this page or access the following <a href=\"#\">link <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-118\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cspspain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Icons.svg\" alt=\"Icons\"\/><\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In person: request to make the communication in person, for which the informant must send an email to <a href=\"mailto:mpdd@cspspain.com\">mpdd@cspspain.com<\/a> in order to coordinate it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reports of harassment may also be sent by email to<a href=\"mailto:rrhhdenuncias@cspspain.com\"> rrhhdenuncias@cspspain.com<\/a>, communicated verbally, or by hand-delivering the complaint form to the HR Department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postal mail: send written communication to the Group&#8217;s headquarters:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>COSCO SHIPPING Ports (Spain) Terminals, treatment procedure for all four pathways is the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the informant prefers, they may choose to report directly to the competent authorities. To do so, they can contact the external information channel of the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants (AAI), or the relevant regional authorities or bodies; or the corresponding institutions, bodies, or agencies of the European Union. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-e50a114d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-64cf1d6f81d099ffd7dd57ef37442ec5\">Whistleblower protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-7645412a wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Communications may be anonymous; however, if the informant reveals their identity, maximum confidentiality will be guaranteed at all stages of the investigation, unless expressly consented to by the informant or required by the authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the informant does not reveal their identity, all interactions will be carried out using the identification number referred to below in point 1. Confirmation of receipt. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-e50a114d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-288fb1b15d7eca8cb9123262d8d47347\">What happens after the communication is submitted?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-7645412a wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Confirmation of receipt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the communication was submitted through the Internal Information Channel, the acknowledgment of receipt along with the communication ID is delivered to the informant at the time of submission. If the communication was submitted through any other means, receipt will be confirmed within seven calendar days by sending an acknowledgment of receipt\u2014provided the informant has provided a means of contact\u2014which will include an identification number <strong>(\u201cID\u201d)<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-7645412a wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Classification and evaluation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All communications received are thoroughly reviewed and analyzed by the Oversight and Control Body (OSC). If the communication is credible and includes sufficient evidence, an investigation will be opened. Otherwise, it will be dismissed.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-7645412a wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Research and confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investigation will aim to determine, as far as possible, the veracity of the reported facts and whether these facts constitute an infringement of Union law or the rest of the current legal order, always respecting the identity of the person or persons responsible for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The entire investigation will be kept confidential. However, if deemed necessary for a proper investigation of the reported facts, only the strictly necessary information will be shared, involving the fewest possible people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to ensure independence and impartiality in the process, and whenever deemed necessary, the investigation of the communication may be outsourced. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-7645412a wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.
