Shanghai, November 2025.<\/strong> CSP Spain, together with the Port Authorities of Valencia and Bilbao, participated jointly in the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2025, within the corporate stand of COSCO Shipping, one of the world’s largest maritime and logistics operators. This shared presence strengthens cooperation between the public and private sectors to promote the excellence of the Spanish port and intermodal system in the international market. <\/p>\n\n

The collaboration between CSP Spain and the Port Authorities of Valencia and Bilbao exemplifies the synergy between business management and institutional vision. Together, they have designed and developed a space that showcases Spain’s logistical capabilities, its leadership in innovation, and its strategic role as a gateway to Europe for trade flows from Asia. <\/p>\n\n

Under the slogan \u201cThree strengths, one network: innovation, trust and access to Europe\u201d, the joint participation highlights the strength of this integrated network, which combines the efficiency of the port terminals of Valencia and Bilbao, the rail connectivity of CSP Spain and the ability to link with the main European corridors.<\/p>\n\n

Valenciaport reaffirms its role as The Port of Innovation and the Future<\/em>, highlighting its position as the main hub of the Mediterranean, with more than 1,000 regular maritime connections and an infrastructure prepared to respond to the needs of global logistics.<\/p>\n\n

The Port of Bilbao, with the motto Your Intermodal Link Between China, Iberia, and the Atlantic Markets<\/em>, is consolidating itself as the main Atlantic gateway of Spain and Northern Europe, offering an efficient and sustainable alternative to the congestion of other large European ports, with links to more than 50 Chinese ports and 20 inland logistics centers.<\/p>\n\n

As part of the activities surrounding the trade fair, a joint cocktail reception was held on Wednesday, November 6, bringing together institutional representatives, companies from the logistics and port sector, and Spanish companies with a presence in China. The event served to foster trade relations, promote the exchange of experiences, and strengthen collaborative ties between the two countries in the areas of transport and logistics. <\/p>\n\n
