The Port of Valencia has trade relations with over a thousand ports in 68 countries and boasts the highest number of services nationwide, which will help Aragonese companies increase their international connectivity and their potential for efficient international development in markets served by regular direct services from Valencia. <\/p>\n\n<p>The connectivity of the port of Valencia will undoubtedly be strengthened with this new service and will facilitate more efficient transport between companies in the Aragonese hinterland, where sectors such as the textile industry, alfalfa, paper, the automotive auxiliary industry and the meat industry stand out, uniting both regions efficiently.<\/p>\n\n<p>Rail transport remains, to this day, the most environmentally friendly motorized transport option. The development of a door-to-door transport service, prioritizing rail, reduces the environmental impact of logistics activities. This aligns with initiatives aimed at achieving climate neutrality by 2030, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, Valencia Port&#8217;s zero-emission target, and the European Commission&#8217;s Year of Rail initiative, which is linked to the EU&#8217;s efforts to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. <\/p>\n\n<p>The company&#8217;s strategy aims to strengthen the connection between its terminals on this route, so in the future, and depending on the evolution of this section, the possibility of extending the service to the group&#8217;s terminal in Bilbao, CSP Iberian Bilbao Terminal, will be studied.<\/p>\n\n<p>CSP Iberian Rail Services was created in 2018 with the aim of offering a 360-degree service to customers of the group&#8217;s terminals, including last-mile and door-to-door services.
