November 24, 6:25 PM Good afternoon, we have finally been able to define a procedure with the provider to update Outlook and get it working again. Unfortunately, we have to run it with your computers turned on, and we will be doing so in waves starting tomorrow. We will contact each of you individually to notify you and ask you to open Outlook and leave it minimized while it updates your mailbox so you can continue working. <\/h3>\n\n

You need to wait for IT to tell you when you can use Outlook. In the meantime, use only Webmail (OWA) (mail.office365.com). <\/h3>\n\n

23\/11 21:35 Due to a widespread problem with Outlook, it should not be used until a solution is available. You should continue working with OWA https:\/\/www.office.com<\/a><\/h3>\n\n

11\/23 1:40 PM All Office 365 applications are working, except for automatic change detection in Outlook. Teams has limited access. We are still working to resolve this. Thank you for your help. <\/h3>\n\n

However, due to permissions and attachment issues with some accounts, we have opened a support ticket with Microsoft. Until this is resolved, the only way to open these attachments is to forward the email to an external or personal email account that can open the file without problems. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will notify you as soon as the issue is resolved. <\/h3>\n\n
