Valencia, April 8, 2025 – CSP Spain yesterday welcomed an institutional and business delegation from the Chinese region of Fujian to its facilities in the Port of Valencia, as part of an official visit organized by the Valencian Regional Government. The day concluded with a meeting chaired by the President of the Valencian Regional Government, Carlos Mazón.
During the visit, CSP Spain had the opportunity to showcase its key role as a logistics operator connecting Asia and Europe. Currently, three of the four regular maritime services connecting the Fujian region with Valencia call at the CSP Valencia terminal, consolidating its position as a fundamental logistics hub on the Asia-Mediterranean axis.
In this context, the company has celebrated a new milestone: the addition of COSCO’s service to its terminal, within the AEM (Asia-Europe-Mediterranean) route, which has been officially renamed the “Maritime Silk Road.” This initiative represents a strategic boost that reinforces the Port of Valencia as a key connectivity platform with the Asian market.
During the meeting, several collaboration agreements were also signed between the two regions to promote bilateral investment and cooperation in strategic sectors such as automotive, renewable energy, logistics, tourism, and training. These agreements aim to generate new opportunities for economic development and joint growth.
CSP Spain emphasizes its ongoing commitment to dialogue, international cooperation, and innovation as cornerstones of sustainable economic development. The company continues working to strengthen the efficiency of its logistics network in the Mediterranean and its role as a leading hub port for North Africa, offering high-quality container shipping services and operational excellence.
