Guoqiang Shi is CEO of CSP Spain. With extensive experience in leadership within the international logistics and port sector, his commitment is to strengthen CSP Spain’s strategic position in the global terminal network. Their vision focuses on promoting integration and synergies between all business units, building a sustainable, efficient and connected logistics platform that benefits all stakeholders in the sector.

Mr. Shi leads with values ​​of honesty, collaboration, and environmental responsibility, with the goal of building a future-oriented corporate culture that generates value for both customers and communities.

Philippe Berard joined CSP Spain in October 2023 as Director of CSPS and CSPV. In June 2024 he was appointed Deputy Executive Director, joining the group’s management team. With over 33 years of international experience in shipping lines, maritime agencies, port terminals and logistics, he has held executive positions in key markets worldwide.

Mr. Berard is of French nationality. He is a Marine Mechanical Engineer from the current École Centrale de Marseille. It provides a multicultural business vision and a strategic perspective focused on operational excellence and international growth for the CSP Spain Group.

Jian Song is Deputy CEO of CSP Spain. With extensive experience in port logistics and international trade, he plays a key role in aligning the company’s operations with global standards of efficiency and sustainability. He is committed to improving CSP Spain’s connectivity to international trade routes and fostering long-term partnerships based on transparency, innovation, and teamwork.

It advocates a business model that supports community development and the creation of shared value throughout the entire logistics chain.

Dongxiang Li was appointed Chief Financial Officer of CSP Spain in March 2025. With over twenty years of experience in financial management within the maritime and logistics sector, he has held senior positions in both Asia and Europe. Previously, he held management positions in the finance departments of COSCO Shipping in Xiamen, UK and at the group’s headquarters.

Mr. Li is of Chinese nationality. He holds a degree in International Accounting from Shanghai Maritime University. He brings to CSP Spain a solid financial vision and international experience geared towards sustainable growth and the strategic development of the company.

He has a professional career of more than 35 years in the maritime, port and logistics sectors, in which he has held executive positions for the last 20 years.

In January 2016, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of COSCO SHIPPING Ports Spain (then Noatum Ports). Elías is of Spanish nationality. He holds a degree in Nautical and Maritime Transport from the University of Cantabria and is a senior Merchant Navy officer. He has also completed various training programmes in international finance and investment.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the port and logistics sector, holding executive positions for over 15 years.

In November 2017, Juan Ortí was appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of the CSP Spain Group and board member of all its subsidiaries.

In April 2026, he was promoted to Vice President of the CSP Spain Group.

Juan is of Spanish nationality and holds an Executive MBA from EAE Business School and the Polytechnic University of Barcelona. He is a visiting lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Port and Intermodal Management and Port Governance at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the University of Cádiz.

He has more than 37 years of professional experience in the maritime, port and logistics sectors, having held management and executive positions for the past 24 years.

In February 2012, he was appointed General Manager of CSP Iberian Valencia Terminal, S.A.U. (formerly Noatum Ports Valenciana, S.A.U.). Prior to this, he served as General Manager of the TESC Group in Brazil.

He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Valencia Port Employment Centre (CPE) and Vice President of the Valencian Shipping Association (ANV).

A Spanish national, he holds a Diploma in Business Studies from the University of Valencia and has completed several specialised training programmes in logistics, port management and maritime transport.
