CSP Iberian Valencia Terminal
Reference terminal in the Mediterranean acropolis
Belonging to the COSCO SHIPPING Ports (Spain) Terminals S.L.U. (CSP Spain) group.
Located on the Mediterranean Sea, specifically in the Port of Valencia (Spain), it enjoys a strategic location that makes it a hub for the main maritime transport routes connecting Spain and Europe with other continents. Of particular note are the routes to the Americas, South America, the Middle and Far East, and the IPBC (International Port of Central America), in addition to being a key point in the “One Belt, One Road” initiative, which revives the ancient Silk Road.
In this respect, its proximity to the Suez-Gibraltar corridor, a route for major transoceanic shipping lines, is also relevant. For this reason, it has calls from the world’s leading shipping companies and an important feeder service connecting the Mediterranean and Africa.

Competitive advantages of CSP Valencia
These characteristics make it the main container gateway to the Iberian Peninsula, as well as the natural port for Spain’s capital, Madrid. Its hinterland of influence covers a radius of 350 km, generating 55% of Spain’s GDP.
With 2.3 km of berthing line, 145 hectares of yard, its rail-port terminal with direct connections to the dry ports of Madrid, Zaragoza and Bilbao, as well as an automatic door system for the flow of local cargo, CSPV is the benchmark terminal in the Mediterranean.
