Dear customers and users of the Coslada Dry Port:
As we have been informing you throughout the terminal digitization process, we are contacting you again to inform you that on June 6th from 07.00 hrs the terminal doors will be organized as follows:
• Central Entrance Gate “WITH TRACKER”: Only trucks with containers bearing a transport order WITH TRACKER from the Valenciaport PCS will be admitted. Trucks arriving at this gate that do not meet this requirement will not be admitted to the terminal through this gate. They will be instructed to leave the terminal and queue at the right-hand gate “ALL”.
• Right Entrance Gate “ALL”: This gate will admit ALL container trucks or flatbed trucks WITH/WITHOUT LOCATOR. That is, any other case.
• Left Door of ADDITIONAL ENTRANCE (3rd DOOR): At this door, when open, ALL trucks with container or flatbed will be admitted WITH/WITHOUT LOCATOR. That is, any other case.
• Far Left Gate: Truck exits from the terminal.
In all cases,
1. It is still necessary to provide the export rail transport details for the container being shipped. Therefore, it is necessary to indicate the departure date, the port of destination, the rail operator, and the train on which the container should be loaded, as the Valenciaport PCS does not yet provide this information. When applicable, this data will be included in the tracking number.
2. It is still necessary (if a locator is not available) that for each full container admitted to the P.S. terminal of Coslada for departure by rail, there is a single admission email in which the subject specifies: Container registration, Port of destination, Train departure day, Rail Operator and train of the Rail Operator in case it operates more than one train per day at the terminal.
3. The EIR document (“yellow slip”) is eliminated from the admission process. Any driver wishing to report any physical damage to the container they are transporting may do so by submitting the completed EIR document BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE TERMINAL GATES. Copies of the EIR will be available for this purpose at the terminal offices upon request.
4. An entry ticket will be provided with all the necessary information about the admission process.
For the proper functioning of the doors with the new configuration, trucks that do not have a transport order with a locator should refrain from attempting to pass through the central door “WITH LOCATOR”.
Trucks without any information should refrain from joining the queue until they receive the necessary information. To do so, they MUST park their truck in the parking lot at the terminal entrance, leaving the access lanes to the terminal clear.
